The Questions Parents Ask Us Most
🛡️ How is supervision organised?
Depending on the programme: experienced supervisors on site around the clock, carefully selected host families, or a supervised residence. There is always a 24/7 emergency contact available for both parents and child.
☀️ What is the difference between a day camp, language camp, and city residence?
Day Camp: Lessons and optional leisure activities during the day, child sleeps at home or in their own accommodation.
Language Camp: All-inclusive package with accommodation, meals, and a leisure programme on site.
City Residence: Accommodation at the school or in a nearby hostel or student residence.
📋 What language level does my child need?
Most programmes run from A1 to B2. Complete beginners (no prior knowledge) usually start on fixed dates – please let us know when you enquire. Before the course begins, your child will take a free placement test and be placed in the right group. Full details on available levels and start dates can be found in the price list (PDF).
💶 What's included in the price?
All-inclusive packages cover tuition, accommodation, meals, and the daily leisure programme. Day camp programmes include lessons Monday to Friday, usually lunch, and leisure activities – your child stays in their own accommodation overnight. ✈️ How does my child get to the course location?
On request, we can arrange a transfer service from the airport or train station directly to the course location. Simply mention it when you enquire.
❌ What if we need to cancel?
Cancellation conditions vary by programme. For most courses, free cancellation is possible up to a set deadline. For some programmes, the deposit is non-refundable – however, it can be credited towards a booking the following year. We’re happy to explain the exact terms for your chosen programme before you book.
