1. How do I find out what level I am?
It’s simple: placement happens right before your course begins. That way we know exactly where you stand and can guarantee the right fit from day one. No time wasted on things you already know, and no risk of being under- or over-challenged. Your progress is secured from the very first lesson.
2. What if I need to cancel my course?
Our cancellation policy is fair and straightforward. Free cancellation up to a set deadline before your course starts – no hidden clauses. The only exception is visa-related cancellations, which may incur additional fees. Just reach out to us directly for the details.
Are the prices really transparent – no hidden fees?
Yes. Our price list (PDF) clearly shows what’s included. For adult courses, accommodation and exam fees are listed separately, while our summer programmes are designed as convenient all-inclusive packages. Every extra is clearly itemised so you can plan with complete confidence.
4. How qualified are your teachers?
All teachers hold a university degree and have years of experience teaching German as a foreign language. No temporary or substitute staff.
5. Can I join as a complete beginner (A0)?
Yes, we offer courses for all levels from A0 to C1. As a complete beginner, you start on fixed dates (see price list or contact us). If you already have some knowledge of German, you can join any Monday. Your placement test ensures you go straight into the right group.
