The programme changes weekly and is adapted depending on the group, the weather and availability. All organised activities are supervised. There is no excursion on the day of departure (the last Saturday).

Where is the camp?
A prime central location – that is what sets this programme apart. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the main railway station. The Reichstag, the Brandenburg Gate, the Holocaust Memorial and Potsdamer Platz are all within 10–15 minutes’ reach by underground. Your child will literally be living in the heart of Berlin.
What is the difference between the full board package and the day camp?
With the full package, your child stays directly in the school residence, with full board, afternoon and evening activities, and 24-hour on-site supervision. With the day camp, your child takes part in lessons, lunch and the afternoon programme before going home afterwards. The day camp is ideal if you are staying in Berlin yourself or live nearby.
What is the difference between 20 and 24 teaching units per week?
Particularly for short stays of 2–3 weeks, many families opt for the intensive course with 24 lessons per week. The additional lessons take place from Monday to Thursday, from 08:30 to 09:15. The main course begins at 09:30, following a short break.
How is the supervision organised?
Experienced staff provide 24-hour on-site supervision. All organised afternoon and evening activities are supervised. There is also an emergency contact number for parents and participants.
What language level does my child need?
Courses are offered at levels A1 to C1. Beginners with no prior knowledge start on 4 July 2027. Placement testing takes place on the first day of the course. There is a maximum of 15 students per group.
How does my child get to Berlin?
Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER). Transfer service on request: 90 € (9:00 AM–6:00 PM), night surcharge 75 €. Unaccompanied minors (UM): +50 €.
What if we need to cancel?
Our cancellation policy is clear and transparent.
Up to four weeks before the course starts, the cancellation fee is €50.
If you cancel less than four weeks before arrival, further charges apply – we’ll be happy to explain the exact terms to you in person before you book.
Is there a sibling discount?
Yes, if you’re enrolling more than one sibling at the same time, just ask about our sibling discount when you get in touch.
What is the city tax and the deposit?
The city tax is €14 per week (up to a maximum of 3 weeks) – this is a Berlin accommodation tax which is not included in the course fee. The €50 deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay.
