Summer camp in Berlin Full-Time

The summer camp is located in the west of the city centre of Berlin, near the Olympic stadium. A subway station is also close by. With public transport it will only take 20 minutes to reach the centre. School facilities are very modern and you will find ten bright, big seminar rooms that will be a perfect space to study and learn.

Accommodation is possible on the campus. The camp can host up to 50 participants coming from more than 40 nations. The camp participants will learn alongside other young people from all over the world.

This course is ideal if you want to learn German in intensive mode. Instead of 4 hours a day we there are 5 German lessons taking place daily and you still won’t have to miss out on fun. There will be 20 or 25 lessons per week with a duration of 45 minutes each. The maximum number of participants per course is 12 students. Students can start a course at four different levels: beginners, elementary, intermediate, advanced.

The school teachers are all native speakers and have a teaching qualification as well as experience in working with young people.

Leisure program and Excursions

Included in the program there are 2 on-campus activities each day and one full day excursion per week to the center of Berlin and to Potsdam. All activities take place in international groups and offer a great opportunity to get to know other participants and also to do sports together.

A typical day at our summer camp was always full of attractions. But first – the lessons. The teachers were demanding, but also very helpful and ready to explain anything, if you had a problem. What I really liked was the fact that the classes were quite small (there were only six people in my class) so everyone got a chance to participate fully in the lessons. After only one week at Berlin summer camp I really felt like I improved a lot. The classes made it so much easier to actually speak the language and made me want to learn more. After the classes we had many excursions and evening activities. As for the evening activities, we were taking part in many workshops. The summer camp in Berlin was really a great experience. I can’t wait to return to Berlin next year. It made German so much more fun. I can recommend it to everyone!
