What is the difference between 20 and 25 lessons per week?
One lesson equals 45 minutes. With 20 lessons per week, your child learns intensively but at a balanced pace. The 25-lesson course is ideal for teenagers who want to make maximum progress in a short time. Activities and excursions are the same for both options.
What is the campus actually like?
The campus is located in Berlin Westend — one of the greenest neighbourhoods in the city. The grounds are park-like, with dedicated sports pitches, trees and a terrace. At the same time, the city centre is just around 20 minutes away.
What are the rooms like?
Your child stays in the student residence right on campus — in twin or triple rooms with private bathroom and shower. Full board is included: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
What language level does my child need?
Courses run from A1 to B2/C1. Complete beginners can start any Monday. On the first day, your child takes a placement test and is assigned to the right group. Max. 12 students per group.
How does my child get to Berlin?
Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) is easily accessible. Airport transfers are available on request: 90 € one way (Sundays, 8:00 AM–10:00 PM); outside these hours 140 €.
Is insurance included?
Yes — health, baggage and liability insurance are all included in the price.
What if we need to cancel?
Our cancellation policy is fair and transparent.
For cancellations more than 2 weeks before arrival, a processing fee of 200 € applies — the remaining amount will be refunded. For cancellations less than 2 weeks before arrival, additional fees apply — we’re happy to walk you through the exact terms personally before you book.
