The programme changes weekly. Many of the highlights are free – optional excursions can be booked on site depending on your interests. Every second Wednesday is a free day for you to explore on your own.

What participants and parents ask us

Where do the participants stay?

At a premium B&B hotel in Vienna – in triple rooms with en-suite bathroom and shower. Breakfast is included. The hotel is centrally located and can be reached by public transport in 15 minutes – a travel card is included in the price. Single and double rooms are available on request.

What is the difference between 20 and 30 teaching hours per week?

Course 20 comprises 20 teaching units (09:00–12:15) – intensive enough to ensure solid progress, with plenty of time to explore Vienna in the afternoons. Course 30 offers 30 teaching units (09:00–12:15 + 12:30–14:00) – ideal for maximum language progress or ÖSD exam preparation. The cultural programme is identical for both options.

When can I start?

Fixed start dates: 5 July, 19 July and 2 August 2026. Beginners with no prior experience start on 5 July or 2 August 2026. The minimum booking period is 2 weeks.

Is the Mozart concerto really on the programme?

Yes – every other week, the optional programme includes a Mozart concert at the Vienna Musikverein (€50). Many participants book this, as it is one of the most unforgettable experiences Vienna has to offer. Included free of charge, however, are waltz lessons, university visits, city walks and summer evenings.

Does the course help prepare for university studies in Austria?

Yes – visits to universities (University of Vienna, Vienna University of Technology, Vienna University of Economics and Business) are included in the programme. The ÖSD exam preparation course (€150, 6 extra teaching units) is available to anyone who needs an official certificate for university applications.

How do I get to Vienna?

Vienna International Airport (VIE) is easily accessible. Transfer available on request: €60 one way. From Vienna Central Station: €53 one way.

What’s the food like?

Breakfast is included. Lunch after lessons is not included in the standard price – Vienna offers plenty of affordable options here. Dinner can be booked for €195 for 13 nights (drinks not included).

What happens if we have to cancel?

Our cancellation policy is fair and transparent.

If you cancel more than 4 weeks before arrival, a €200 administration fee will apply – the remaining amount will be refunded. If you cancel less than 4 weeks before arrival, further charges will apply – we’ll be happy to explain these to you in person before you book.
