Why Regensburg?
Regensburg (150,000 inhabitants) lies in the heart of Bavaria at the northernmost point of the Danube. The town was founded by the Romans and was up to the beginning of the 19th century one of the most important cities in Germany.
With its unique medieval city centre and buildings from two millennia, Regensburg is one of the most beautiful cities in Germany. Some 25,000 students make Regensburg a very lively place.
We would like you to get more than a tourist’s view of Germany. Therefore, we organize a wide-ranging leisure program which will make you familiar with the German life and culture.

Language school in Regensburg
The language school in Regensburg was founded in 1986 and is located right in the historic center of Regensburg. During breaks you can quickly and comfortably refresh yourself in cafes and small restaurants nearby.
The school has:
- 8 bright and modernly furnished classrooms,
- a study room where you can study in peace,
- free internet access.
The language school in Regensburg is a recognized examination center for the TestDaf exams and the telc exams (The European Language Certificates).
German courses in Regensburg
Our German classes take place in the mornings, so you have the whole afternoon and evening to enjoy the countless leisure and cultural activities in Regensburg. Since our school is located in the heart of the city, you can stroll through Regensburg’s old town or go out for a delicious meal with your classmates every day of the week.
- Intensive courses with 20 or 30 lessons per week
- Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 12:30 hrs
- Small, international groups with a maximum of 12 participants
- Communicative method
- Course levels A1, A2, B1, B2, C1
- Duration of a level: 8 weeks
- TestDaf exams and telc exams (B1, B2, C1, C1 Hochschule).
Accommodation and Arrival
Arrival: Sunday afternoon
Departure: Saturday morning
- Host Family
You will live normal everyday life with a German family. This includes typical Bavarian food, which you are sure to enjoy. You will have a single room with breakfast or half board.
- School residence
In the school building. There are 38 guest rooms available for our students. You can have a single room and on request a double room. Some rooms have their own bathroom, others are shared style and have 2 bathrooms for 4-5 people (men and women separately). Kitchens are fully equipped and there is one washing machine per apartment.
Arrival: There is an international airport in Munich (MUC). Then continue by train to Regensburg (about 75 minutes).
