Language school in Hamburg
The location of our language school in Hamburg could hardly be better: in the old and quiet pedestrian zone in the heart of the city.
The school has:
- 70 bright and generously furnished classrooms,
- a study room where you can study in peace and quiet
- and a computer room with free internet access.
The language school in Hamburg is a recognized examination center for the telc exams (The European Language Certificates).
German courses in Hamburg
Our German courses in Hamburg are communicative and effective. The courses help you to become proficient in the German language in the shortest possible time and to improve your oral and written German.
- Intensive courses with 25 lessons per week
- Monday – Friday, 08:50 – 13:00 or 13:30 – 17:45
- Small, international groups with a maximum of 12 participants
- Communicative method
- Course levels A1, A2, B1, B2, C1
- Duration of a level: 8 weeks (A1, A2, B1) and 10 weeks (B2, C1)
- telc exams (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C1 Hochschule) possible.
Accommodation & Arrival
Arrival: Sunday afternoon
Departure: Saturday morning
- Host Family:
Host families are located in good residential areas of Hamburg throughout the city and are easily accessible by public transportation. You will be the only guest of your nationality staying with the family. You can book your accommodation with or without meals as you wish.
- Shared apartments:
You will live with young Germans, usually students or young professionals under 30 years of age. Of course, you can share the bathroom and kitchen.
- School Residence:
Arrival & Departure: Friday
You can book single or double rooms in the residence. All rooms have their own TV with satellite connection and WiFi. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker and dishes. Cooking is not possible in the school residence.
Arrival: There is an international airport in Hamburg (HAM).
