💡 Long-term course – the most effective method
With Course 20, a complete level (e.g., A1, A2, B1…) takes 10 weeks—divided into two sub-levels of 5 weeks each (e.g., A1.1 and A1.2). This enables more thorough and sustainable learning.

How long does a level last?
What exams can I take in Freiburg?
The school is an official telc testing center—telc certificates from A1 to C1 can be taken on-site. Targeted preparation courses are available for registration. For TestDaF or other exams, please inquire directly.
Do you help with housing?
Yes, the school arranges accommodations with host families, in shared apartments, and in private rooms. We’ll let you know the exact address about ten days before your arrival so you can prepare at your leisure.
Is there a discount for long stays?
Yes—the weekly rate drops significantly for longer stays: 190 € / week (1 week) → 125 € / week (20 weeks or more). This makes long-term courses in Freiburg particularly attractive.
What happens if I have to cancel?
Our cancellation policy is fair and transparent.
A deposit of €250 is due upon registration for both the course and accommodations. The full amount must be paid by bank transfer four weeks before the course begins; for last-minute bookings, payment is due immediately.
For cancellations up to two weeks before arrival, 20% of the course fees will be charged as a cancellation fee. For cancellations less than two weeks before the course begins, 40% of the course fees will be charged.
Regardless of when the cancellation is made, the language school may charge for accommodation.
