Our language school in Bamberg, Germany offers the followng German courses:

>> Course 20h:
Choose this course if you would like a balance between intensive instruction in the morning and free time in the late afternoon. This course will allow you enough time to participate in all our afternoon and evening activities. Allow 2 hours for course preparation and homework.

The following are skill focus areas of the course which may vary according to course level:

- training and development of communicative abilities
- improving your ability to express yourself verbally and in writing
- development of listening and reading skills
- solid grammar
- improvement of pronunciation
- geography and social science skills

>> Course 30h:
Few participants and a lot of lessons mean that you will quickly achieve your desired learning goal. The course is work-intensive but also very efficient. You will still find time to participate in our leisure time activities for contacts and communication, giving you further opportunities to practice your German.

Allow up to 2.5 hours for course preparation and homework daily.

>> Course 20+5h or 20+10h:
Choose this course if you would like intensive group instruction in the morning, but would also like to take advantage of individual training. Your course instructor can address your individual needs, questions and difficulties in the 5 or 10 additional individual lessons per week. You choose the topics of your specially tailored course from pronunciation training to reading specific professional texts. This course also allows you to take part in all afternoon and evening activities.

Allow up to 2 hours for course preparation and homework for your group course in the morning and about 1 hour for every 2 one-to-one lessons you take.

>> Exam Prepatory Course for DSH, Test DaF, Goethe-Zertifikate
20 group lessons Plus 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10 lessons of One-to-one training

Content and skills focus in this course are adapted to the exam content and are in line with the morning class of the Intensive Plus course. You can expect effective preparation in the course and at the end you will be thoroughly prepared for all parts of the exam — e.g. grammar, expressiveness, writing skills, listening and reading comprehension. In the additional one-to-one lessons you will be able to deal with those parts you want to repeat and gain more confidence in.

This course includes a supplementary six hours a week during which you use your German in a practical way, communicating with Germans or immersing yourself in German culture.

>> Individual training / One-to-One tuition
This course offers the most intensive method of language training. Here you will learn German in a course tailored to your needs. You decide how fast, intensive and how long the course will be. The course programme and materials are organized according to your wishes and prerequisites.

In a personal interview we will decide on goals and method. You can decide for yourself how many hours per day/week the course should be. You may also choose evenings and weekends if that is your wish.
Of course you may also receive individual training in addition to any other course.
There are no set dates for booking individual training. You can enrol any time you choose.
