How to enroll? // Visa-Information // General conditions
ENROLMENT	To enroll please download the file and save it on your PC, and fill in one of the enrolment forms below and send it to us. VISA	If you need to apply for a visa to make a German language course, you should contact the German / Austrian Embassy or Consulate in your country. They will informate you about the requirements you have to meet. In some countries you will be requested to prove that you already have german knowledge. Besides that it is requested to pay the entire language course(s) in advance. If a visa is granted, you will have to attend classes regularly. Please note that you have to sign up for at least 20 hours per week. One of the many requirements for the granting of a student visa is the school enrolment confirmation. We will send you this confirmation upon receipt of your enrolment and payment. Steps: 1) Contact the German or Austrian Embassy/consulate in your country, by phone or e-mail. 2) Please send us your enrolment During 48 hours you will receive a provisionally confirmation and the number of our account to realize the payment of your course. As soon as we receive your payment, we will send you an official confirmation. With this confirmation you can request your visa at the embassy / consulate. Please note: At least you have to apply 8 weeks before starting your German language course. We cannot guarantee the granting of a student visa or influence the outcome or duration of your visa application. In case your visa will not be granted, please send us a copy of the negative reply given by the Embassy and we will refund your payment minus (depnding on the school) 100-150 EUR of administration costs.

GENERAL CONDITIONS	1. ENROLMENT To sign up please forward the fully filled in enrolment form. The student status will only be considered valid after having been acknowledged by the school or an authorised representative. A deposit must be paid immediately after the receiving of the confirmation by letter or email into our bank account and will be balanced against the total amount due. The remaining balance must be paid latest 4 weeks before the course beginns.
2. CANCELLATION AND REFUND	In case of refund, the cancellation must be sent by registered mail, fax or email. If the cancellation occurs five or more weeks prior to the beginning of the course, the deposit will be refunded 30% less owing to administrative expenses. If the cancellation occurs within the four weeks preceding the beginning of the course, only 20% of the deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs after the beginning of the course, no amount will be refunded.
3. ACCOMMODATION	Accomodation will be availabe from midday onwards one day prior to the beginning of the course, until midday the day after the end of the course. The school reserves the right to change the arrangements from a double room to a single one should it be necessary (no extra charge), and charge an extra amount for maintenance expenses (cleaning, electricity and breakage) when necessary, owing to misuse on part of the occupiers.
4. INSURANCE	The school will not insure the students, nor will it accept reponsibility in case of an accident or theft during any activity or excursion organised by the school. Please enquire in your own country about the proceedings regarding personal insurance. The school can, however, arrange personal insurance for students, if so they request, at current rates.
5. FURTHER CONDITIONS	We advise all students to have their personal post sent to the schools address. There are no classes on bank holidays. The minimum age required for an individual enrolment into a course for adults is 17. There is no minimum age limit for supervised groups, nor maximum age limit for enrolment. Whenever there is less than three persons per course, the school reserves the right to reduce the number of teaching hours. The school reserves the right to expel any student whose behaviour could disrupt the normal activities during ongoing classes.
